Ingredients

  • 6 bread slices

  • 6 Prosciutto Crudo San Francesco slices

  • 1 pear

  • 80 g of gorgonzola cheese

  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

PREPARATION

  • Slice the bread
  • Place the slices on a baking tray
  • Spread oil to taste on both sides of the bread slices
  • Bake at 190-200°C with grill mode until the bread slices are golden brown and crispy on both sides
  • Meanwhile, slice the pear thinly
  • Cut the gorgonzola into cubes
