Ingredients
6 bread slices
6 Prosciutto Crudo San Francesco slices
1 pear
80 g of gorgonzola cheese
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
PREPARATION
- Slice the bread
- Place the slices on a baking tray
- Spread oil to taste on both sides of the bread slices
- Bake at 190-200°C with grill mode until the bread slices are golden brown and crispy on both sides
- Meanwhile, slice the pear thinly
- Cut the gorgonzola into cubes
