Ingredients

  • 8 Prosciutto Crudo San Francesco slices

  • 2 peaches

  • 100 g of rocket

  • 70 g of your favourite dried fruit

  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  • Rinse the rocket
  • Place it in a salad bowl
  • Dress it with extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste
  • Wash and dry the peaches
  • Remove the stones from the peaches
  • Cut the peaches into thin slices, leaving the skin on
  • Combine the peaches with the rocket
  • Add your favourite dried fruit 
  • Season with pepper to taste
